She was predeceased by : her daughter Angie Lewis; her mother Virginia; her brothers-in-law, Dale, Lee and Danny; her great grandchild Sierra; and also, Donald and Frances.
She is survived by : her husband Don; her children, Donnie Lewis (Angie), Tricia Lewis (Joe Roberts) and Starre Speer (Chuck); her grandchildren, Judi (Brett), Tyler (Kristy), Emerson and Noella; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Shyanne, Maison, Aubree and Delaney; and also, Mary Lou Boucher, Dick Lewis (Judy) and Marie Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Pat's name so they can honor her life with a bench and Little Free Library at Sleepy Hollow State Park.
