He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynda Wallace (Dafoe) and Raymond Wallace; and his brother Michael Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Wallace; his children, Anthony Devellis, Stephannie Greer (Bernard), Bradly Deforest, Elizabeth Boosinger (Justin) and Curtis Holmes; and his sisters, Cheryl Coscarelli and Susan Brown (Chuck). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and so many favorite cousins.
