He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Reed and Betty Maurer (Hall). He is survived by : his children, Terry W. Maurer of Ionia and Holly R. L. Sabin of Perry; his great grandchild Mac Coenen; his siblings, Susan Sheets of Florida, Richard Maurer and Larry Maurer of Owosso; his nieces, Mindy McCormick, April Lynn Reynolds, Tiffany Maurer Brillhart, Jennifer Maurer and Theresa Maurer; and his nephew James Maurer.
