He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Ann Barrett of Trout Lake, Michigan.; his parents, Renaldo Cletus Daley and Alyce Loella McCance (Streeter); his siblings, Patricia M. Kliemann, Gerald W. Daley, Melvin R. Daley, Michael J. Daley and James Daley; and his friend John LaCoy.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Alexander (James C.) of Sault Ste and Cecil R. Daley Jr. (Marie) of Sault Ste; his grandchildren, James R. Alexander of Waterford, Caden R. Alexander of Sault Ste, Marie, Connor R. Daley of Sault Ste and Caitlyn Jean Daley of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his siblings, Debbie Jo Edwards (Curt) of LaGrange, Kentucky and David J. Daley; his siblings-in-law, Judi Daley of Marquette, Connie Daley of Yorba Linda, California and Tim Barrett (Pam) of Trout Lake, Michigan; Cathy Cooper and Bob Weir. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
