He is survived by: his wife Janet Linenkugel; his sons, Michael (Tommy Allen), Marc (Stephanie), Mathew (Michelle) and Brett; his grandchildren, Allie, Rachel, Lauren and Jack; and his stepgrandchildren, Paige and Amanda.
