He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas John Laughlin and Virginia Janet Kishigo Laughlin; and his brothers, Richard Kevin Laughlin, Christopher Thomas Laughlin and Brian Michael Laughlin.
He is survived by: his son William James Laughlin; his grandson Anthony James Laughlin; and his siblings, Barry Laughlin (Barb), Valerie Biro (Jim), Sharon Miller (Randy), Cynthia Baten (Bill) and Linda Laughlin.
