We bid farewell to Gregory Goodwin (Petoskey, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 30, 2025 at the age of 68. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gregory may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrence Goodwin and Lareatha Goodwin (McFarland). He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his stepson Charlie Fitol (LaChanda) of Harbor Springs; his grandsons, Alex Fitol (Cori Baldwin) of Alanson, Seth Fitol of Wallkill, NY and Owen Fitol of Harbor Springs; his siblings, Terrence Goodwin of Sidnaw, MI, Vicki Sisson (Mike) of Holdrege, NE, Kelly Cox and Pat Goodwin of Petoskey; and his sister-in-law April Backus. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1830 Shaw Rd, Petoskey, MI 49770).
