James Galmore Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Galmore (Petoskey, Michigan), born in East Jordan, Michigan, who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Galmore and Annabell Galmore; and his grandson Alaric Reissener. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, James Galmore, Jr., Terry Galmore (Theresa) and Patty Zucco (Jesse); his stepchildren, Monica Reissener (Doug), Michael Rockwell and Melissa Birnie; his grandchildren, Briana Reissener, Vince Rockwell (Lanae), Jessica Mankoci (Andy), Kelsey Martin (Kyle), Erik Rockwell, Allen Rockwell, Michael Rockwell and Natasha Zucco; his great grandchildren, Robin Barnes, Sebastian Rockwell and Scarlett Rockwell; and his siblings, Beth Prebble (Ray), Tom Galmore, Jr. (Carol) and Shari Nachazel (Dan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.

Arrangements are being handled by Stone Funeral Home, Inc. The family suggests memorial donations in memory of Jim be made to Hiland Cottage of McLaren Hospice or to Villa At The Bay of Petoskey.
