He is survived by: his wife Margene; his children, Jayne Fennell-Foran, Nancy (William Whitehead), Ann Fennell and Tom Fennell (Betty Wassmer); his grandchildren, Evan Foran (Sherlie Hayden), Stephen Foran (Susan), Adrianne Van Langevelde (Aaron), Elizabeth Richards (Charles), Max, Samuel, Aaron Fennell-Chametzky, Andrew Fennell (Frances) and Natalie Fennell; his great grandchildren, Nolan Foran, Graham, Finley Foran, Sylvia, Lydia, William Van Langevelde, Evelyn and Catherine Richards; and his aunt Bernice Bolton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
