He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Bochniak and Helen Bochniak; his sister Janet Fettig; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Fettig and David Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia "Cookie" Bochniak; his brother Harold Jones; his daughters, Emily Bochniak (Calvin) of Green Bay, Jessica McGuiness (Matthew) of Petoskey and Kaitlyn Bochniak (Kirk) of Green Bay, Wisconsin; his stepchildren, Brett Costello (Shelley) of Saline and Meghan Costello of Petoskey; his stepgrandchildren, Audrey, Luci, Brantley, Joey, Grant, Casey and Owen; and his sisters, Genny McCoy (Jim) and Joni Johnson.
