She is survived by: her husband Willard Warren Jewell; her daughters, Tammy Kauffman (Richard) and Tina Thomas (Raymond); her grandchildren, Kayla Fink (Eric), Rachel O'Neal (Michael), Rebecca Kauffman (Matthew Beckett), Madison Straight (Brandon), Mason Thomas and Hunter Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Sophie Fink, Eloise Fink and Hendrix O'Neal.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to assist with the remaining funeral costs would be greatly appreciated.
