He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fyvie England Jr. and Helmi S. Tulppo; and his wife Judy Ann England. He is survived by: his family Boy Scouts; and his children, Jennifer Ann Fulger, Valerie Sue Diguilio, Kenneth Arthur England Jr., Annette Marie Schaefer and Arthur Thomas England.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stone Funeral Home of Petoskey (2098 E Mitchell Rd, Petoskey, MI 49770). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
