Marilyn Kruskie Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 21, 2026, at the age of 87, Marilyn Kruskie of Petoskey, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Frye and Goldie Frye (Stocker); her husband James Leo Kruskie; and her siblings, Dale Frye, Richard Frye, Betty Johnecheck and Shirley Strickland.
She is survived by: her children, Pauline Kruskie of Petoskey, Annie Pemberton (Doug) of Rapid City, Michael Kruskie (Elizabete) of Highland, Jimmy Kruskie (Mary Ann) of Petoskey, Teresa Bartz (Curt) of Harbor Springs and Mary Kruskie (Bill Sobota) of Mesick; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeremy, Andrea, Robin, Rachel, Megan, Aaron, Tucker, Leah, Gerry and Trista. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
For 14 years, she volunteered at the hospital in the Emergency Room, a community service she loved doing until she was 81 and Covid hit.
