He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Edgar Griffin; his former wife Georgia (Jewel Ann Milligan) of Nome; and his siblings, Rita Collins (Griffin), Carl Griffin and Anita Vance (Griffin).
He is survived by: his wife Eva Louise Griffin (Riley); his children, Rhonda Baldwin (Scott), Ronald T. Griffin (Sonja) and Adam Griffin; his grandchildren, Christina Brown and Robert Brown-Griffin; and his great grandchild Anthony Laughlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
