She is survived by: her sons, Joseph E. Hoffman, Mark Hoffman (Susan) and Paul Hoffman (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Julie Jozwiak Sidelinger, Shelly Jozwiak Kellogg, Joshua Hoffman, Kelly Hoffman, Bowman Lucas Hoffman, Abagail Hoffman, Rosemary Hoffman and Garthe Hoffman. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
