Sonja Hill Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 16, 2023, at the age of 83, Sonja Hill of Petoskey, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James O. Akins; her former husband John Hill; her mother Lillian DuBois (Rives); her brother David Akins; her aunts and uncles, S. T., Nortie, Wanda, Ilar and Byron; and her cousin Mark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Dawson (Mark) of Petoskey and Kate Britton (Neil) of Petoskey; her grandchildren, Michael Britton, Elizabeth Walker (Joshua), Abigail and Emily Dawson; her great grandchild Nora Walker; and her cousins, Willy, James, Harold, Katrine, Michele, Michae, Kenneth, Patty, Butch and Scott.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made in her name to Harbor Light Christian School, 8333 Clayton Rd, Harbor Springs, Mi 49740.
