It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen J. Sobleski of Petoskey, Michigan, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Sobleski and Mary Jane Sobleski (Zumbaugh); and his siblings, Mary Hoffman, Patricia "Pat" Marszalec, Ruth Backus, William "Bill" Sobleski, James "Jim" Sobleski (Rose Sobleski), Thomas "Tom" Sobleski, David and Big Myster.

He is survived by: his daughter Staci Sobleski; his grandchildren, Renaya and Victor; and his siblings, Leo Sobleski Jr. (Barb), Gary Sobleski (Jan), Janet Jackimowicz (Paul), Joyce Matz (Butch), Kathleen Bates, Dorothy Swiss (Ralph), Julie Sobleski and Donald "Don" Sobleski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
