She was predeceased by: her father Fred; her husband Michael Gardner; and her sister Doris Hofbauer. She is survived by: her mother Ruth (Putman); her children, Darcee Turk (Bob) of Alanson, Michigan, Debbie Boland (Bill) of Caryville, Tennessee, Dori Johansen (Bruce) of Brutus, Michigan and Dennis Gardner (Lisa) of Cadillac, Michigan; her siblings, Norman (Anita), Ethel Reynolds (Don) of Petoskey and Barb Ordiway (Larry) of Spring Lake, Michigan; and her sister-in-law Charlene Morris of Elmira, Michigan.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Alanson Community Hall in Alanson, Michigan.
