He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie S. Boak and Edna Mae Boak (Jastram); and his brothers, David and Daniel Boak. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Kathy Boak), Eric (Stephanie Boak) and Aaron (Cassandra Boak); his siblings, Duane (Mary Jane Boak), Diane (Dave Thurston), Denise (Jim Weber), Dale (Jane Boak) and Dwight (Christine Boak); his sister-in-law Judy Boak; and his aunt Caroline (Carl Minnis). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
