She was predeceased by : her parents, Julius Simon and Romilda Simon (Hufnagel); her children, Debbie and Stevie; her husband Joseph Kavanagh; her sister Rita Kolp; and her sister-in-law Bobbie Simon.
She is survived by : her children, Kathy Pennell, Dan Piper (Cathy), Sue Piper and Lori Carr (Daryl); her grandchildren, Victor Pennell (Rachel), Joy Brown (Dan), Jackie Neufer, Meghan Thocker (Derek), Laci Bowling (Nathan), Leah Piper, Kelsey Richards (Chris), Amanda Eveleth, Travis Eveleth, Cameron Eveleth (Hali), Garren Carr (Alyssa), Alyssa Carr and Austin Carr; her siblings, Stanley Simon, Ken Simon (Pat) and Alice Kus; her brother-in-law Jim Kolp; her stepchildren, Kenneth Kavanagh (Kathy), Kay Pfaff (Brian) and Kim Sines (Terry); and her stepgrandchildren, Jacob Trierweiler (Courtney), Allison Kerr (Brandon), Grace Sines, Morgan Pfaff, Andrew Pfaff, Kyle Kavanagh and Kayla Kavanagh.
