He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, John "JD" David Bishop (Erika), Jesse Robert Bishop (Shelli), Amanda Jane Munger (Luke), Ashley Marie Bailey (Matt) and Judith "Judy" Ann Holmes (Paul); and his grandchildren, Luke Munger, Isabella Bishop, Mark Munger, Madison Bishop, Jaylin Bishop, Channing Bishop, Charlie Bishop, Taylor Bishop, David Bailey and Andrea Bailey.
