He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Kay and Elda Kay (Fletcher); and his brother Gary Kay (Patty). He is survived by: his wife Tina Kay; his siblings, Linda Countryman (Charlie) and Richard Kay (Cheryl); his children, Debbie Bowers (Tim), Bob Kay (Staci), Terri True, Christie Kruchten (Art Devlin), Carrie Grover (Steve), Brian Kay and James Kay (Tonya Godfrey); his grandchildren, Kimberly Hill (Chris), Cooper Kay, Kaci Kay, Alexandria True, John Kay, Brianna Kay, Tylor Kay, Takota Kay (Alyssa Rosano), Tate Kay (Camryn Buskirk), Les Kruchten, Will Kruchten (Allison Osta), Ashtin Kay, Molly Lecher (Kyle), Theodore Grover and Ellery Grover (Dan Edminster); and his great grandchildren, Gracie Hill, Nova True, Mason Kay, Dalton Kay, Cecilia Lecher and Wrenlee Lecher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First United Presbyterian Church Endowment Fund or I-500 Project Inc. in Earl's name.
