She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gaeth and Lydia Gaeth (Schweitzer); her husband Loren Elftman; her grandsons, Aaron and Adam Kuhl; and her siblings, Clarence Gaeth, Brenda and Donald Orban.
She is survived by: her children, Marjorie Kuhl (Melvin) of Sebewaing, Christine Stodola (Michael) of Jenison, David Elftman (Janis) of Filion and Catherine Hales (Henry) of Palms; her grandchildren, Ryan Kuhl (Heather), Joshua Kuhl (Alicia), Erica Armbruster (Michael), Joseph Stodola, Lauren Stodola, Hannah Hales and Seth Hales; her great grandchildren, Avery, Brooklynn, Channing, Dustin, Emersynn, Charlotte, Dylan, Luke, Morgan, Kenzie and Brady; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Gaeth, Clark Elftman, Leon and Leil Elftman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cross Lutheran Church (200 Ruppert St, Pigeon, MI 48755). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to Cross Lutheran School-Kitchen Fund, Meals on Wheels or Country Gardens.
