She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Collison and Lydia Collison (Quick); her husband Donald E. Brown; and her brothers, Floyd Collison (Irma), Roy Collison, Stanley Collison, Loren Collison and Bob Collison (Delphine).

She is survived by : her children, Terry Brown (Carol) of Pigeon, Thomas Brown of Pigeon, Lynda Briggs (Jason) of Pleasanton and Todd Brown of Clawson; her grandchildren, Teresa Mines (Dane), Christopher Brown (Joane), Bryan Brown, Alison Briggs and Cooper Briggs; her great grandchildren, Eliza Mines, Rowan Mines and Léon Titus-Brown; her sisters-in-law, Lola Morin and Dorothy Collison-Rummel; and her cousin Angie Lawrence. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Bay Port Community of Christ or the Winsor Twp Fire Department.
