He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Guzik and Bertha Guzik (Mattson); his daughter Crystal Adams; his sisters, Janice Croskey and Joanne Stevens; and his nephew Michael Croskey.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Michael "Mickey" Guzik (Lisa) of Chesterfield Township, Mark Guzik (Jenna) of Roseville and David Adams (Stephanie) of Galesburg; his granddaughters, Alicia, Emma, Nora, Leia and Clara; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Scarlett; and his brother-in-law Frank Croskey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Heart Association.
