She was predeceased by: her husband David; and her stepson Jerry Adkins. She is survived by: her sons, David Adkins, Jr. (Brenda), Gary (Kim), Kevin (Jana) and Clint (Lisa); and her stepdaughter Cheryl Wallen (Steve). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren.
