He is survived by: his siblings, Alan Joseph Burg (Ken Hillenburg), Gary Ashley Burg (Jennifer Burg), Joel Edward Burg (Janet Burg) and Mary Elizabeth Pode; his children, Lois Louise Black (Jay Black) and Charles Henry Burg (Andrea Zack Burg); his grandchildren, Otto Black (Megan), Sam Black (Darby), Madelynn Barton (Jaland), Cameron Burg and Sarah Burg; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Barton and Kendall Black.
A memorial gathering was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Borek Jennings Funeral Homes (250 N Mill St, Pinckney, MI 48169).
