He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Vogel Sr. and Lillian Vogel (Bell); his wife Mary Ann Vogel; and his siblings, Olive Grace Nordman, Walter Fredrick Vogel Jr., Roberta Jean Stillion, Estella Rosealma Lyttle, Robert Douglas Vogel Sr., Carl Delbert Vogel Sr., Betty Jane Fransted, Lloyd Richard Vogel Sr., Greneth Arlene Pate, Evelyn Patricia Veal, Lester Eugene Vogel and Terry Lee Vogel.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Vogel Jr. (Cheryl), Tammy Sinkovic (Jim) and Sherri Bailey (Jay); his sister Barbara Killinger; his grandchildren, Anthony Vogel (Kaitlyn), Samantha Wisniewski (Mike), Monica Gross (Aric) and Merissa Bailey (Braden Smith); and his great grandchildren, Quinn Vogel and Thomas Gross. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Shelters Chapel (250 N Mill St, Pinckney, MI 48169). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
