He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Privett; his children, Kimberly Decker (Robert) and David Privett (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Tonya Privett (Blake), Andrew Privett, Katina Humphries, Dawn Hall (Timmy), Joseph Decker (Katie), Robert Decker (Jennifer) and Henry Polzin (Hillary).
