Beverly Ann Hoffman Obituary

Beverly A. Hoffman Pinconning, Michigan Beverly Ann Hoffman, 79, of Pinconning found eternal peace and happiness in the arms of the angels on Monday, July 20th, 2026. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and enduring family bonds. Beverly was born on March 15th, 1947, in Highland Park, MI, to Walter and Victoria Kruchowski and resided in Detroit, MI. She graduated from Redford Union High School in 1965, where she met the Love of her Life, Victor Lawrence Hoffman, with whom she recently celebrated 60 Years of marriage.

In 1972, Beverly and Victor built their home in Pinconning, to be closer to her cousins, Aunts and Uncles, whom she grew up with. Beverly spent most of her career as a bookkeeper. She worked for Standish Community Hospital for 9 years and kept the books for the family business, Hoffman Engineering. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Church at Nine Mile, where she volunteered on the finance committee and as a eucharistic minister. In the early 2000's, Beverly volunteered as the Treasurer for the Pinconning Food Pantry, a ministry that she found meaningful and was very passionate about.

So many wonderful memories were made over the years camping at Higgins Lake and Wilson State Park in Harrison with her family and friends. Her favorite part of these vacations other than the beach, was when her Grandkids stayed at their camper. She had a never-ending supply of snacks, juice boxes, crafts, games and beach toys. Beverly was an avid reader, detailed storyteller, and family historian. She knew the family tree back at least four generations and loved sharing the pictures and stories with everyone.

She loved gardening, cooking, canning, and traveling to visit her children and grandchildren. Beverly was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Victoria Kruchowski, and her daughters, Lee Ann and Andrea Hoffman. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Victor Hoffman, Daughter, Jeannine (Kirk) Helferich of Jenison, Son, Jared (Michelle), Hoffman of AuGres, Granddaughters, Juliana, Alyssa, and Danielle Olszewski, Kaitlyn King, Haley & Hannah Hoffman, Grandsons, Justen Miller, Devin Stratton, and Zachary and Zane Sauer, Great Grandchildren, Kaylee, Anthony, Dakoda, Amiya, Eli, and Blair, Sister Judy (Dennis) Michalik of Pinconning, Brother Dennis (Nancy) Reed of Macomb, several loving Brother in-laws, Sister In-laws, wonderful Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and so many lifelong friends.

A celebration of Beverly's life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in Beverly's honor, to the Pinconning Area Emergency Food Pantry, 314 Whyte St., Pinconning, MI 48650 or the Boys and Girls Club of the Great Lakes Bay Region, Pinconning Unit, 201 North St., Pinconning, MI 48650.
