Dennis A. Krueger Obituary
Dennis A. KruegerPinconning, Michigan Dennis Alan Krueger, age 81, of Pinconning, Michigan, passed away on May 4, 2026. He was born on May 22, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Fredrick & Verna (Courts) Krueger.
Denny was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Laura (Sullivan); his daughters, Carol (George) Wallace, Kim Krueger; three grandchildren; Meagan Krueger, Hayden Stiner, Jessie Stiner, great-grandson; Wesley, one nephew; seven nieces; and his siblings, Janet Parnet, Keith Krueger, and Steve (Patti) Krueger. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gary and Frederick "Rick" Krueger, his grandmother, Hannah Courts, and his uncles, John Courts, Ken and his wife Kris Krueger.
Denny attended Southfield High School and later built a career in the steel industry as a structural steel draftsman for Saginaw Steel. Through hard work, skill, and dedication, he earned the respect of those who knew him professionally. He eventually went out on his own and founded Arrow Detailing, where he continued to use his talents and strong work ethic to provide for his family and serve his clients with pride.
Beyond his work, Denny enjoyed a life filled with simple pleasures and lasting traditions. He spent many summers at the cottage in AuGres with his grandmother and Uncle John, making memories that stayed with him throughout his life. He enjoyed Wednesday night golf league at Green Hills Golf Course, along with deer hunting, fishing, and boating. He especially loved planting a garden each year, taking pride in watching it grow and sharing the fruits of his labor with those around him.
Those who knew Denny will remember his warm heart, steady presence, and generous spirit. He was the kind of man who made others feel welcome and valued. His family and friends will always remember his gentle nature, his sense of humor, and the love he gave so freely. He leaves behind a legacy of devotion to family, hard work, and a life well lived.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Green Hills Golf Course, with inurnment at Glen Eden Cemetery in Livonia, Michigan at a later date. Per Denny's wishes cremation has taken place.
