She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Powers and Lulavene Powers (Blackford); her brother Bob Powers; her son-in-law Greg Doan; and her grandson Steve Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Simmons, Linda Doan, Michael Simmons (Diane), Thomas Simmons (Cindy) and Daniel Simmons (Stephanie); and her sister Connie Petersen (Jack). She is also survived by six grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
