Frey of Pinconning, Michigan, born in Bluffton, Ohio, who passed away on March 3, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Frey (Amstutz) and Clarence Frey; his brother Ron Frey (Marlene); and his siblings-in-law, George Powell, Andy Cervantes and Mary Jane.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine Donajkowski; his children, Jeffrey (Marc Virgili) of Madrid, Spain, Jennifer Lorentzen (Daniel) of Clinton Township, MI and Justin Frey (Renee) of Ypsilanti, MI.; his grandchildren, Evelynn and Leo; and his siblings, J. W. Frey (Nancy), Robert "Denny" Frey (Jackie), Greg Frey (Chari), Jenny McDaniel (John), Julie Powell and Kathy Cervantes.
