He was predeceased by : his parents, Monte Bailey and Alma Bailey (Jones); and his brother Earl Howard. He is survived by : his spouse Jeanice I. Sarles; his children, Phillip Smith, Kristi Smith and Samuel Sarles; his grandchildren, Summer, Kayden and Emmett; and his great grandchildren, Zaiden, Zyler and Legend.
