He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Marie Proulx; his siblings, Leo, Floyd, Robert, Charles, Olive Monson, Rita Jasura and Betty Wynne; and his son-in-law Rick Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Berthiaume (Carol), Kenneth Berthiaume (Cathy), Jennifer McNellis (Mike), Kim Szostak, Paulette Macon (Tim) and Dana Berthiaume. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
