She was predeceased by: her father Bill Lahar; her son Justin; and her parents-in-law, Randall and Isabelle Vallad. She is survived by: her mother Theresa Lahar; her husband Fred Vallad; her family Standish; her sons, Jarod, Josh (Ashley) and Jordan; her daughter-in-law Amy Vallad; her siblings, Bob Lahar (Lori), Ed, Jim Lahar (Julie) and Sandy Grier (Mark); and her sister-in-law Janet Krol (Louie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the St. Michael's School in Norma's honor.
