Yolanda Linda Trombley Obituary

Yolanda Linda (Alba) Trombley, a beacon of love and creativity, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025, in Pinconning, Michigan. Born on February 27, 1959, in Fremont, Ohio, Yolanda's life was a tapestry of dedication, laughter, and ingenuity, woven with the threads of family, work, and passion.

Yolanda's journey began as the cherished daughter of Juan R. and Felicitas (Ramirez) Alba. Her childhood was filled with the warmth of family, as she learned the art of cooking alongside her mother in a restaurant kitchen. This early experience sparked a lifelong love for culinary arts and a knack for creating welcoming spaces for friends and family. Yolanda carried the joy of those early days with her siblings and cousins throughout her life, a joy that was palpable to all who knew her.

A proud graduate of Woodville High School, Yolanda's work ethic and talent led her to a fulfilling career at Axis Integration in Britton, Michigan. For 27 years, she excelled as an Advanced Quality Tech, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues. Yolanda retired on February 17, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and dedication.

In 2014, Yolanda's path crossed with Jason Bruce Trombley, and their connection was undeniable. They shared a love that was evident to all, culminating in their marriage on February 22, 2023. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and mutual support.

Yolanda's life was enriched by her beloved family. She is survived by her husband, Jason; her daughters, Randi Carr, Jessica Ramirez, and Jennifer Martines; her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; her brother, Richard Alba; and her sister, Mary Villarreal. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Felicitas and her brothers, Robert and Abraham Alba. Each family member was a precious thread in the fabric of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

A woman of many talents, Yolanda was an exceptional seamstress, designing and sewing clothing with the same love and care she put into every aspect of her life. Her hands were rarely still, as she found joy in gardening, creating beautiful DIY projects, and making home repairs. Notably, she single-handedly wired and insulated her "She Shed," a testament to her skill and independence.

Yolanda's love for cooking and baking was an extension of her nurturing spirit. She believed in the power of a shared meal to bring people together, and her kitchen was often the heart of gatherings, big and small. Her laughter and stories would fill the room as she cooked, making every dish a memory.

Those who knew Yolanda will remember her as loving, funny, and endlessly creative. She had a unique ability to see the potential in everything and everyone, encouraging those around her to grow and flourish. Her presence was a source of comfort and inspiration, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Yolanda Linda (Alba) Trombley lived a life marked by love, laughter, and the joy of creation. As we say goodbye, we celebrate the remarkable woman she was and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. Her legacy will continue to bloom in the lives of her family and in the memories of her friends and community. Yolanda's spirit, like her beautiful gardens, will remain vibrant and nurturing, a lasting tribute to a life well-lived.
