He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril J. Friedrich and Donna E. Friedrich (LaFollette); and his siblings, Douglas, Thomas Friedrich and Mary Akers.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda F. Cochran; his children, Jason Friedrich (Artie) and Amanda Hufnagle; his siblings, Charles Friedrich, Kenneth Friedrich, Michael Friedrich (Michelle) and Marie Young; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Katelyn Hufnagle and Addyson Schieber.
Memorial contributions in honor of Joseph are suggested to benefit Sacred Heart Schools.
