He is survived by: his son Roy Head III (Sarah) of Pittsford; his grandchildren, Amanda Geno, Cody Head (Tori), Hannah Head (Juan Rodela) and Teal Head; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Brody, Jace, Cyrus, Zamora, Xzna and Savannah; and his siblings, Joyce Keith (Sam), John Head (Debbie) and David Head.

Memorial contributions are suggested to a cancer charity of the donor's choice.
