She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jordan and Pauline Jordan (Gadberry); her sisters, Janet and Christine; and her brother-in-law Richard Horn.
She is survived by: her significant other Richard Horn; her sons, Greg Horn (Christi) and Keith Horn (Teresea); her grandchildren, Bella Horn, Brendan Horn and Will Allen; her friend Jack Collins; and her sister Linda Luginbill (David). She is also survived by many extended families and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Mendon Community Church (22994 Portage Lake Rd, Mendon, MI 49072). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
It is suggested that donations made in Anne's memory be directed to Building Hope Free Store in Centreville, MI.
