He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lee Bowen, Sr. and Eileen Ida Bowen (Barr); and his sister Lois Harte (Bowen). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bowen (Easlick); his daughters, Valerie Garrett (Bowen), LeAnn Fritz (Mike Fritz) and Jessica Melillo (Keith Melillo); his grandchildren, Jude Garrett, Levi, David, Elizabeth and James Melillo; and his sister Lori Hall (Rick Hall). He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
