She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald VanDenBerg and Fern VanDenBerg (Whyment); her husband Ronald Hotchkiss; her brother Paul VanDenBerg; her in-laws, Greg Martin and Judy VanDenBerg; and her nephew Doug VanDenBerg.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Martin; and her nieces and nephews, David Hotchkiss, Debbie Cross (Tim), Richard Hotchkiss, Mike VanDenBerg (Chris), Bob VanDenBerg (Stacey), Jason VanDenBerg (Angie), Jenny Woelzlein (Devin) and Andrew Martin (Brandi).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, causes close to Betty's heart.
