She is survived by: her children, Leroy Shively (Darlene) and Charlene Plotner (Jon); her siblings, Paul (Ruth), John (Pam) and Bernice Bolis (Don); her son-in-law Tom Kohn; her sister-in-law Jackie LaHuis; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Williams (Bryan) and Allison Hornback (Jesse).
