He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Zudweg (Betty Zudweg) and Betty Zudweg (Blanchard); his great grandchild Larnell Rose; his niece Shawna Fraaza; his brothers-in-law, Jim Hendriksen and Dale Miller; and his uncle Bob Blanchard.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce DeYoung; his children, Matthew Zudweg (Mishawn) and Melissa Borden; his grandchildren, Kylie Rose, Morgan Todd (Coty), Lucas Zudweg, Mia Rose, Noah Rose, Alexa Tuttle (Corydon), Brooke Borden and Ava Borden; his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Cooper Todd; and his siblings, David Zudweg (Vickie), Cheri Fraaza (Ken), Teri Miller, Carolyn Santinga (Steve), Nick DeYoung (Annette), Diane Hendriksen and Kim Arianna (Lance). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
