She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; and her son Mark Rantz. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Chamberlin (Joe); her grandchildren, Zach Chamberlin (Jeremiah Cowham), Haylie Eakins (Evan), Dominic Bushouse (Ashley), Matt Rantz (Alyssa) and Lindsey Rantz; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Leighton and Baylor; and her siblings, Walt, Goble, Ishmael and Bristol. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Avink, McCowen & Secord Funeral Homes (120 S Woodhams St, Plainwell, MI 49080).
Gail stood faithfully beside Bill during his honorable service in the U.S. Navy, through raising their children, and ultimately during his long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's, never leaving his side.
