He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Allen and Virginia Allen; his wife Jean Shinabarger; and his daughters, Erin (Plainwell) and Jessie (Jeff Burnell). He was also cherished by five grandchildren and many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Plainwell First Methodist Church (200 Park St, Plainwell, MI 49080). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
