The world bids farewell to Jessie J. Roberts (Plainwell, Michigan), departing on March 28, 2025 at the age of 103. Jessie leaves behind memories cherished by the community. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cockerell and Cora Cockerell (Thornton); her husband Lyle Roberts; and her siblings, Betty Jane Cockerell, Lillian Isham, Minnie Homan, Dorothy Blackmer, Bonnie Runyan and John Cockerell.
She is survived by: her daughter Paulette; her son-in-law Leonard Harris; and her grandchildren, Rex Harris (Jessica), Renee Curcuro (Larry) and Roberta Johnson (Eric). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and eleven great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Orangeville Baptist Church (6921 Marsh Rd, Plainwell, MI 49080). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
