He is survived by: his children, Paul David Patrick (Jayne), Michael Chad Patrick (Spicy), Melissa Jean Patrick and Joseph Lee Patrick (Ashley Joy); his sister Jean Hatfield (Jerry); and his close friend Steve Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
