Hackworth and JD Hackworth (Tina); his grandchildren, Edward Willier (Maria), Alexandria Hackworth, Nicholas Hackworth, Jonathan Cowan, Connor Cowan, Marek Cowan, Riley Hinton, Hunter Hinton, Dakoda Hinton, Cooper Hinton and Bailey Hinton; his great grandchildren, Prayer and Lincoln "Max"; his brothers, Darrell Hackworth (Patricia) and Donnie Hackworth (Susan); his nieces and nephews, Delmer Jr., Donny Jr., Darlene and Tammy; and his aunt Betty Hedglen.
