She was predeceased by: her husband D. "Bruce" Chase. She is survived by: her daughter Christina Peruski (Charles); and her siblings, Marion Townley and William Debelak (Mayra). She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to the "Dorine L. Chase Nursing Scholarship" at the Wayne State University College of Nursing.
